For the price you get two good running tights, but they are definitely not compression pants supporting your blood flow during exercise. I still use them every now and then because they add a layer of protection (sun, cold, insects, ...) and fit nicely. I have to say that I am always slightly confused as to where the three seams along the legs are supposed to go...One other remark: as you can see on the photo, sweat will create very visible stains, and in certain areas that might look awkward... So I hope people will understand that I sweat and didn't have an "accident"... ;-)For My GrandsonI am in my 80's and these leggings help me to exercise 4 or 5 days per week.I use them for working out.They arrived in poor condition and also in size M when L had been orderedPretty good, but did not include legs.Legs sold separately or must provide own pair.Fits own legs pretty well. I needed these to be slightly bigger than the recommended fit, which they are, but I wonder if the XL would have been better ... the differences in sizes in waist and length are always going to throw me off since my legs are longer than most legs that often come included with the purchase of pants of this kind.I got these for when I go running. These were not the best quality but they do fit, they are breathable and I do have 2. I can put my phone in the pocket while I run so that’s cool.I'm 5'10" 195# with a bodybuilder shape body. Usually anything US size "M" fits me great, which is what I ordered. Unfortunately, this product is ridiculously large other than for the length. The calves, thighs were loose.. which is distressing.. but above that was ridiculously loose, including a literally baggy fit around my 30" waist. According to the size chart I should have purchased XXL, which is insane. Ignore the size chart, and buy these one size smaller than you'd usually buy. Quality is about what you'd expect for a $15 product -- not great, not bad.Por el precio estába bien ($299 el par negro/gris. Yo soy 32 en pantalón y me quedo genial la color negro, como dije la gris estira un poco menos pero aún así está bien y me permite moverme genial (hacer sentadilla libre). Actualizando pedí la azul oscuro con claro y viceversa, está genial. Estoy muy satisfecho.I am 6’ 177 lbs and purchased a Medium. I need the compression to help with some nerve issues. They are quite lose for a Medium. I have Med in other brands and these fit like a large. Going to have to return.
